Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, Annual Tulip Festival

The Annual Tulip Festival at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, is something I try to go to every year. I never tire of it. Last year, my sister and I took our 88 year old aunt and our 90 year old uncle. Good thought, not the best experience for them. The farm and fields are uneven ground (and my aunt needs a walker; she is unstable on her feet, and our uncle is color blind.) Neither of these were conducive to a farm full off flowers. Well, the day was beautiful and there was lots of sunshine. When it is not overcast at this farm, you can see Mt. Hood.

We were not so lucky, but there were still some lovely and iconic shots to be had.

This is their classic pink tractor in the fields.

They have a windmill and shoes for "you to fill."

Even though I did not take "A TON of pictures" (because I have many from before) - here are a few from the fields.

I spoke to a man from the U.K. He (and his family) had lived everywhere, were LOVING Oregon and hope he wouldn't have to move again -and he had seen Holland, so the Woodburn fields, he said "were a treat!"
